T-Mobile Achieves ISO/IEC 42001 Certification for Artificial Intelligence Governance

Compliance

T-Mobile has earned ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its artificial intelligence governance program, including its IntentCX platform.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the world’s first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems, providing a framework for overseeing AI, managing related risks and supporting continuous improvement. The standard helps ensure AI is used responsibly at T-Mobile to better safeguard customers, employees and business operations. As part of the certification process, independent auditors evaluated T-Mobile’s AI governance program and confirmed that effective controls are in place and subject to ongoing oversight.

As AI continues to transform customer experiences and business operations, T-Mobile remains focused on deploying it securely and responsibly. The certification reflects T-Mobile’s commitment to building trust through transparency, accountability and independent validation of its security and governance programs. See more here.
